By using this website or our services, you agree acceptance of our terms, as well as your waiver of any claims against Digital Design or its contractors arising from your use of our services or website. You accept that any information offered within this website is advisory and that Digital Design accepts no responsibility for its accuracy. Information offered throughout this website may change from time to time and although every effort is made to ensure that the information provided on this site is accurate and up to date no legal responsibility is accepted for any errors, omissions or misleading statements. Quotes and Payment
Any quotation given will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of submission. A non-refundable 25% deposit will become due on acceptance of our quotation and shall be paid before any work commences. The remaining 75% will become due on completion of your product. Any amounts owed shall be paid as soon as they become due. Late payment will incur a surcharge of 5% per month. If after 28 days have passed payment has not been recieved Digital Design will terminate the contract and/or remove your product from service.

Invoices will be sent via e-mail (unless otherwise requested). Monthly maintenance invoices are sent via e-mail at the end of each month and should be paid in full within 14 days. Late payment of any invoice will incur a fee of 5% per month. Payment may be made by cheque, Internet transfer, or direct payment at your local bank.

Content
You agree that any content supplied by you to Digital Design for use in your product will not in any way be unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, prejudicial or is likely to expose us to claims, lead us into prosecution, criticism, disrepute or cause us embarrassment.
